Return Policy:

At Mean Green Photos, we strive to provide our customers with exceptional service and high-quality photographs. Due to the digital nature of our products and the potential for unauthorized use, all sales are final once a purchase is made.

However, we understand that there may be instances where customers have specific preferences or concerns about their photos. In such cases, we offer the option for a free retake session at our photo studio on one of our designated Retake days.

It is the customer's responsibility to notify us of any changes that need to be made to banners or other products by the specified date communicated by their organization. If the name is spelled wrong due to not properly checking in there will be a banner reprint fee. We will make every effort to accommodate such requests to ensure customer satisfaction. All sales are final and no refunds will be given. Again we not responsible for names that a spelled wrong at media day check in. There will be a reprint cost for this. Photos do take 2-4 business weeks from the last player coming in for media day.
