 Where do you source your backgrounds from for your photoshoots? At Mean Green Photos, we pride ourselves on offering high-quality backgrounds to complement our photography. Our in-house designers create pre-selected backgrounds each season, carefully chosen to enhance your media day experience. These backgrounds are customized to match the colors and spirit of the team we are photographing, ensuring a perfect fit for our clients. Please refer to your media day flyer for this season's backgrounds.

How do you decide which background to use for a photoshoot? We meticulously review our background options when selecting the perfect one for a photoshoot. Factors such as team colors, the nature of the sport, and desired aesthetics are considered. While we pre-select backgrounds for each season, they may be subject to change. Additionally, if clients have specific ideas in mind, we strive to accommodate their vision to the best of our ability.

Can I suggest a specific background for my photoshoot? Absolutely! We value input from our clients and welcome suggestions for backgrounds that would enhance their photoshoot experience. If you have a particular background in mind, please feel free to share your ideas with us. Custom background requests may be subject to associated fees, but we are committed to bringing your vision to life through our photography.

How many poses are included in your packages? Each of our packages includes two individual poses for every player, as well as a team photo. The first pose serves as your child's main pose and may be featured on individual items such as banners or big heads. The second pose is determined by your organization and is included alongside the team photo at no additional cost. Additional poses can be added for a fee of $10 per pose.

How long does it take for photos to be ready for download? The full turnaround time for photo processing takes approximately 2-4 business weeks. Please note that this timeframe begins once the last player from your organization has come in for their photos. During peak season times, we may require additional time to process orders due to high demand. Additionally, please be aware that there are no physical products; this is an all-digital media day. The only physical products that will be produced are banners, big heads, locker banners, and team banners.

How do I get my digital images? Your team's point of contact (POC) will provide you with important information regarding accessing your digital images. It's crucial to carefully read all provided instructions. This information will include a link to your team's images. If you happen to misplace the link, don't worry! You can visit MeanGreenPhotos.com and click on "Where's My Photos?" From there, scroll down until you find your organization's folder. Once you locate your images, simply click on each image and save them to your device by pressing the download button. This ensures you have easy access to your digital images for sharing and personal use. Be sure to reach out to your POC if you have any questions or encounter any issues during the process.

Where do I get my banner or other physical products from? Once your digital images are ready, your digital banners will be posted for access. It's crucial to reach out to us within 24 hours via email and provide specific details including your child's name, jersey number, organization name, sport, and age division. This information helps us locate your profile efficiently. The only changes that can be made to banners are the name, jersey number, or in the case of an incorrect pose being added. Any changes beyond this, such as background alterations or other customizations, will incur additional fees. Please ensure prompt communication to facilitate the production of your physical products. ONCE THEY ARE READY YOUR POC WILL PICK THEM UP.

Do you have booking fees or sitting fees? We do not have any booking or sitting fees associated with our media day. At Mean Green Photos, we believe in providing transparent and accessible photography services without any additional fees. Your focus should be on enjoying the photography experience, and we strive to make it as seamless and hassle-free as possible. Do you offer retouching? Yes, we offer multiple retouching services as an add-on option at checkout. The pricing for retouching services starts at $10. For Media Days, please reach out if you would like to inquire about a specific retouching service. We're here to ensure that your photos meet your expectations and look their best. If you have any questions about our retouching services or need further assistance, feel free to contact us.

Do you offer photo proofs? We do not offer photo proofs as we are confident in the product that we create. However, you are welcome to come into the studio for a free retake on specified retake days. We understand the importance of ensuring that you are completely satisfied with your photos, and we strive to accommodate any requests for retakes to ensure your complete satisfaction. I can't see my child's images? Photos are only posted if you purchase a package. Unfortunately, due to the digital nature of our items, we cannot provide access to images unless a package has been purchased. We understand the importance of privacy and security when it comes to your child's images, and we ensure that they are only accessible to those who have purchased a package.

What is your refund policy? We do not offer refunds for digital files due to the nature of these items. However, if you are unhappy with your images, you can come in for a retake on our specific days and times provided. Please note that these retake days and times are subject to change each week. If your product arrives damaged, we will replace it at no charge. Please be aware that we do not provide refunds for factors beyond our control, such as hairstyle, makeup choice, or negative body image. As a women-owned and operated business,

How much do custom backgrounds cost? The cost of custom backgrounds varies depending on the specific customization requested, starting at $100 and going up from there. Please reach out to us directly to inquire about pricing for custom backgrounds tailored to your preferences. Our team will be happy to provide you with more information and discuss any customization options available.

!!!! Important Information: All Digital Photo Day***

We want to make sure you're informed about our all-digital photo day. When you purchase our photos, you are essentially paying for the rights to the custom photos created specifically for you.

We offer a digital package, which means you'll receive high-resolution digital images that you can use and print as you desire. This approach gives you the flexibility to print your photos at any location you prefer.

Please note that your player's images will only be posted if you purchase a package for them. We do not post photos without a purchase because we are a digital photo company. This policy has been implemented to prevent loss of sales due to unauthorized image sharing or distribution.

Additionally, be aware that it typically takes 2 to 4 business weeks from the last player coming in for photos for the photo time clock to begin. This means that if your scheduled photo day was on a Monday and the last player didn't come until Friday, the clock would not start until the next business day.

By offering a digital package with rights, we aim to provide you with the utmost freedom and value. We believe that the memories we capture should be yours to keep and enjoy in the way that suits you best

Our photos are posted on our photo hosting site and are only password protected if your org request to do so. If you chose not to have you images posted on there then you must let us know on media day and you will be sent a one time email with those images and at that point after we are not responsible for resending the images. Your child will also not be in the team photo as that i something that we keep on our photo hosting site as well.
