!!!! Important Information: All Digital Photo Day**

We want to make sure you're informed about our all-digital photo day. When you purchase our photos, you are essentially paying for the rights to the custom photos created specifically for you.

We offer a digital package, which means you'll receive high-resolution digital images that you can use and print as you desire. This approach gives you the flexibility to print your photos at any location you prefer.

Please note that your player's images will only be posted if you purchase a package for them. We do not post photos without a purchase because we are a digital photo company. This policy has been implemented to prevent loss of sales due to unauthorized image sharing or distribution.

Additionally, be aware that it typically takes 2 to 4 business weeks from the last player coming in for photos for the photo time clock to begin. This means that if your scheduled photo day was on a Monday and the last player didn't come until Friday, the clock would not start until the next business day.

By offering a digital package with rights, we aim to provide you with the utmost freedom and value. We believe that the memories we capture should be yours to keep and enjoy in the way that suits you best.

Our photos are posted on our photo hosting site and are only password protected if your org request to do so. If you chose not to have you images posted on there then you must let us know on media day and you will be sent a one time email with those images and at that point after we are not responsible for resending the images. Your child will also not be in the team photo as that is something that we keep on our photo hosting site as well.

1. What’s Included in Your Package

  • Each child received two poses:
    ✅ One creative pose (chosen by your child, used for banners and big heads).
    ✅ One classic pose (chosen by your organization, used for the team photo).
  • Additional poses or buddy photos were available for $10 each.

2. Backgrounds Per Package

  • Package A: Both poses on Background A.
  • Package B: Both poses on Backgrounds A & B.
  • Package D: Includes Digital Package B, a custom player digital banner, and a physical 18x36 personalized banner (delivered to your school or organization).

3. Late Purchases

  • If you missed payment on Photo Day, you can still purchase your child’s images.

4. Buddy Photos & Extra Poses

  • These were not posted unless payment was received.
  • To purchase, select “Add a Pose” on the store link.
  • Be sure to include your child’s name, jersey number, and organization for proper identification.

5. Physical Item Delivery

  • Banners and big heads will be delivered to your school or picked up by your organization’s representative.
  • Digital versions can be found in the "Banners" folder.
  • Need help? Email us with your child’s name, jersey number, organization, and age division by 11 PM today.

6. Exclusive Viewing

  • Photos are only posted for clients who purchased a package.
  • If you don’t see your images but have purchased, email us at meangreenphotos210@gmail.com with the following details:
    ✅ Child’s Name
    ✅ Organization
    ✅ Jersey Number
    ✅ Sport
    ✅ Include a screenshot of your receipt if possible.
