We want to make sure you’re fully informed about how our digital photo days work. When you purchase from Mean Green Sports Photos, you’re investing in the custom-created digital images designed specifically for your athlete.
đź’» Digital Packages
Our photo packages in store are digital only, meaning you’ll receive high-resolution images that you can download. A license to print can be purchased at check out. We also offer prints after photo day on our online print portal!
This gives you full flexibility to enjoy your photos however you like — from social media posts to framed prints.
Banners are available on media day and can be purchases with package D or A La Carte.
🚨 Posting Policy
Your athlete’s photos will only be posted if a package has been purchased.
Because Mean Green operates as a digital photo company, this policy helps prevent unauthorized image sharing or distribution and ensures that every purchase supports the photographers and editors behind the work.
⏱️ Turnaround Time
Photo delivery typically takes 2–4 business weeks starting after the last player on your team has been photographed.
For example, if your scheduled photo day was Monday and the final player came in on Friday, the delivery clock begins the following business day.

All images are hosted securely on our photo site.
Galleries are only password-protected if requested by your organization.
If you prefer not to have your child’s images posted publicly:
Please notify us on Media Day.
You’ll receive a one-time email with your photos.
After that email is sent, Mean Green is not responsible for resending files.
Please note: athletes who opt out of gallery posting will not appear in the team photo, as those are hosted on our site as part of the team collection.
By offering digital packages with licensed usage rights, we aim to give families freedom, value, and control over their photos.
