We’re excited to capture your athlete’s Media Day photos! Please read carefully to ensure a smooth and hassle-free experience for all sports.

1️⃣ Digital Photo Day

📱 Fully digital! You own your child’s images—no physical print packages to distribute.
🎯 Physical items available: Banners & big heads (pickup by organization rep or delivery for high schools).

2️⃣ Athlete Check-In – Be Prepared!

✅ Pre-pay online at www.meangreenstore.com and bring a screenshot of your payment for verification.
✅ Athlete or parent must sign in using our online check-in system upon arrival.
✏️ Spelling matters! The name entered will be printed on all personalized items—we are not responsible for errors.
⚠️ Double-check team & age division to ensure correct team photo placement.

3️⃣ Photo Poses & Add-Ons

📷 Every athlete gets two poses:
✔ Specialty Pose (chosen by athlete) – Featured on banners & specialty items.
✔ Classic Pose (chosen by organization) – Used for team photo.
💥 Want more? Extra poses or buddy photos $10 each!

❗ No package purchase = No posted photos when the Media Day link is released.

All packages include both Media Day poses:

7️⃣ Photo Delivery & Storage

📅 Turnaround: 2-4 weeks from the last player on your team taking photos.
🔗 Media Day links will be sent to your organization’s representative.
📢 Watch for updates from them on how to access & download images!
🖼 All images are hosted on our photo website for one year. After that, they are removed, so be sure to download and save your photos before they expire.

ℹ️ Important Details

1. What’s Included in Your Package

  • Each child received two poses:
    ✅ One creative pose (chosen by your child, used for banners and big heads).
    ✅ One classic pose (chosen by your organization, used for the team photo).
  • Additional poses or buddy photos were available for $10 each.

2. Backgrounds Per Package

  • Package A: Both poses on Background A.
  • Package B: Both poses on Backgrounds A & B.
  • Package D: Includes Digital Package B, a custom player digital banner, and a physical 18x36 personalized banner (delivered to your school or organization).

3. Late Purchases

  • If you missed payment on Photo Day, you can still purchase your child’s images.

4. Buddy Photos & Extra Poses

  • These were not posted unless payment was received.
  • To purchase, select “Add a Pose” on the store link.
  • Be sure to include your child’s name, jersey number, and organization for proper identification.

5. Physical Item Delivery

  • Banners and big heads will be delivered to your school or picked up by your organization’s representative.
  • Digital versions can be found in the "Banners" folder.
  • Need help? Email us with your child’s name, jersey number, organization, and age division by 11 PM today.

6. Exclusive Viewing

  • Photos are only posted for clients who purchased a package.
  • If you don’t see your images but have purchased, email us at meangreenphotos210@gmail.com with the following details:
